2.項目基本概況介紹：采購人學生宿舍大樓H棟以及學生公寓熱水供應系統設備投入使用已經有多年，部分設備因故障無法正常使用，另有部分設備已經超年限使用。考慮到學校學生宿舍熱水系統用水時間集中/供應量大，設備使用率較高，現擬對學生宿舍大樓H棟以及1#/2#/3#學生公寓熱水設備進行改造。
